A Trump appointed Judge ruled today that Trump's tactic of moving The National Guard into cities like Portland is illegal AND BLOCKED HIM.
She gave a stern warning that any moves like this into other cities is illegal & is Trump's attempt to declare them his Personal Police & Martial Law.
