Dedicate and protect the time to do the things you love. For me, that's cheering on floating witches, evading a headless horseman, leaf peeping in ancient cemeteries - typical Westchester pastimes during spooky season!
Much like my sweet, convalescing Gunner, I too often resent a day of rest and much needed rejuvenation. Tonight, in solidarity, I am foregoing my more active aspirations, and cuddling with my little cone head. Let's give ourselves the time for proactive rest and healing.
Hitting goals! Slow and steady, literally step by step!

A 'happy Friday' reminder to break out of your routine today! Try something new, take a different path to work or play or home, and see where you land when you try to get lost a little.
