The ISU recently gave itself a new constitution, so there's nothing stopping them from setting up a system where coaches have to be recognized by both the ISU and the national federation that could prevent harmful people like Eteri from continuing to show up at the boards

The worst part about this RD selection is that the music choice distracts completely from being able to focus on what the teams are doing technically

And this was historically the segment where the tech mattered more, which says everything about how the ISU thinks about the development of ice dance
