I think it starts with how broken our youth system is. The entire system is a money grab, in every sport. Even football now.
Development across the board in pro sports is failing.
NBA players. NFL players. MLB. We are seeing fewer breakout rookies and a decline in longevity.

I believe you can eat anything you want and still lose weight. I do it often. It’s just the moderation in which you consume and you must have a regular workout routine….that or walk at least 30mins a day!
