Aertel test transmissions began in late 1985.

Aertel was switched off in stages during the day on 12th October 2023.

@jumpdesign.bsky.social's title sequence still going in 2025, albeit an edit of the original (launched in 2007).

And Chris Webster's 2007 set design also still lives, with tweaks.
