Nothing of note was missing from her home.

Police found the door broken down, but no prints or hairs were found at the scene.

Upon a search, Private Investigator Allison Cooper found a typed note stuffed into her coat pocket, believed to be by the Trophy Hunter himself. The transcription reads as follows:

"Anyone can be a victim. Play the game, but be prepared to lose something. Maybe even your life."

Follow and chase at your own risk.

She was however found almost 60 miles from her vehicle. She was tracking the "Trophy Hunter" according to her statement, when she was attacked. Missing were her weapon and credentials, as well as her shoes.

Cooper does not recall any interaction with her attacker.

Private Investigator Allison Cooper was found in the early hours of the morning. She is alive and is being checked out. She was found wrapped in a blanket in a wide open area of the woods.

Cooper reported being struck by a blunt object after exiting her vehicle.
