oh yeah I should say here too, charity update - #mcrhalf completed it mate✅ 3:41:46 and more importantly £715 raised for Crohn's and Colitis UK this year!! 💖 yeah I was slower but I'll talk more about that later. For now enjoy this text from the 15km ish mark haha I'm so grateful for my family x

won't lie to you I've been having a Time but i do recommend gratitude journaling. it's helping me to remember that there are lots of good things and people and general stuff that I am very lucky to have. the Time is temporary, but the good stuff isn't 💜 #journaling #gratitudejournal

felt like I walked into someones sitting room,
massive it was. it was not congruent
with paying two pounds and sixty five pence
for an imperial stout from my home town,
and sitting in the corner of a cheap labyrinth.
miraculously, this does still exist.
you can put the world to rights here,
and so can everyone else.
it's a free country after all innit love?
I'm the same as you, as her, as them two
loved up and necking shots in the corner.
we all need a moment of calm, of joy,
and when she turned to me we saw
no dividing lines, and rows of locking doors.

signed up to be a friend of the Canal and River Trust! they include this free book of canal walks when you join, they send out a magazine twice a year and they maintain the lovely canal I live next to 💙 would recommend!!

okay so today's #StateOfPlay actually had bangers and that means I have thoughts as set out in the attached x #PlayStation

- Saros!! Rahul Kohli!! Okay I should play Returnal first but damn this looks sick
- zero parades (new za/um thing) looks rly bloody good but I know there was all the weird drama at the studio and the original disco Elysium team arent there?? and it was hard to follow idk what happened exactly. but yeah this does look good
- Microsoft flight simulator - a great day for plane nerds
- battlefield continues to be a thing, no further comment
- Deus ex!! Louie thinks this will cause drama lol remasters do be controversial. Also did anyone like announce this earlier because that as a surprise
- Halloween - ah yeah like the Friday the 13th game? fair okay
- last epoch: I'm just not the audience but slay yk if that's your thing
- seven deadly sins: yeah I just haven't watched this anime, does anyone rate it?
- apparently sonic racing is sick so yeah I might have to invest with this dlc
- there are so many samurai games I haven't played. I should at least play sekiro before I consider Nioh at all

really hard day today, mental health taken a hit and I had a cry at the office. still new to the job so felt a bit awful, but I am really proud that I was open with my teams that I have anxiety and depression and was taking time out to look after myself. if nothing else, I set a good example today x
