Finished my 5K Turkey Trot in 25:38...not bad for a recent cancer survivor who hasn't ran in a while.

My wife and I are ENM, and I've been in the polyamory community for almost 20 years. I’d say we’re at a lower risk for STI for two big reasons:
1. respect for our primary partners.
2. We generally value compatibility more, and more discerning in choosing partners than casual cheaters.
