Frogs. Frogs, croaks heard three miles away.
Five. six. seven beyond that they say.
Frogs. Frogs multiplying more each day
and there’s no silence in the night.

I'm just here to look at and post pictures of Warhammer minis. I don't want to be yelled at by a child who is threatened by the idea of lady space marines. If living in an echo chamber means I never have to put up with that jackass, well chamber me up, Montresor.

Good; maybe now he'll shut the fuck up.
There's a Know-Nothings joke in there but I am not clever enough to find it.
That looks like card art for Magic: the Gathering. 😄
OI! JOHN WILKZ TOOF KRUMPED 'IM GOOD, 'E DID
I worked retail and I was briefing a coworker on why I might need to leave on short notice and some a-hole came up and said "Smile! It might not happen!"

I just said "My dad's in the hospital, so it already did." Flat stare.

Guy at least had the decency to be embarrassed.
Nice work if you can get it, I guess. Only costs you your dignity, self-respect, and the goodwill of decent people.
Oh yeah, that guy is deep in the Comicsgare grift. Guess he's jumping on 40k now. I don't recall him expressing an interest in the franchise before now though, so... His opinion is less than useless.
Uh... Did they raid a birthday party at that seafood place by the lake?

Didn't realize "Middle aged dad" was a profile these guys were after.

Insomnia thoughts on who keeps getting raised up as pillars of the “TTRPG community” simply because they’re the loudest in the room.

Time & time again we see the rise & fall of people with big personalities but not a bit of morals or decency. Cause they were loud at the right moments.
Also interesting to contrast GW's offerings against WarZone, arguably 40k's biggest competitor at the time, which had women-focused units like the Etoiles Mortant and Mourning Wolves. It's odd that GW's flagship faction wouldn't have an equivalent, SoB notwithstanding.
"I'm not challenging your integrity; I'm denying it exists."
And there was always one more Sherman than there were Panzers.
