Found this random little roguelite on Steam called Vellum. It is surprisingly fun for how little I've heard about it. And the whole theme of books is pretty cool. I highly recommend it and it's only $20.

I think I figured out how to sum up the (unsupported) autistic experience into a single pipeline...
Constant & unrelenting autistic triggers → constant micro-traumas → masking → internalized autism → distinct anxiety + autistic burnout → harmful coping strategies + physical/mental health issues
