sometimes all it takes is a friend pointing out "Hey uh your negative spiral of the last few months lines up with the med switch. Anything need adjusting?" to make you go Oh, shit, you're right, maybe things got fucked up a bit bc of the swap to an entirely new prescription, lemme call doc.

mental health's not been great, lads. i'd hoped the week of break from classes would've fixed things but uh. not really. burnout's still there, mental health is toilet level. today literally all i did was take my meds, eat lunch, and draw. like. nothing else. just drew. all day.
