It's "Harry S Truman" not "Harry S. Truman". His parents didn't have a middle name but felt that he should have 3 initials so they gave him the middle name "S". It doesn't stand for anything, it's literally just "S".

Followup: Word is that since he had a cognitive test at that checkup and then "advanced imaging," he probably failed the cognitive test, because what they do if you fail it is send you for advanced imaging.
