Well, one of the positives of daylight saving time ending is getting more use out of my new @bikelaneuprising.bsky.social jacket. I’ve found throwing it over top of my down jacket is a pretty solid combo even down to 30° F or so which is the coldest temps I’ve ridden in with it so far. The fit is 👌🏻

Well, looks like I’ll make it to Chicago. Luckily my flight is not cancelled, but is delayed due to the FAA limiting traffic into ORD. United REALLY wants me to know it’s not their fault. They’ve made it clear in all updates that I should blame the FAA.

Easily several hundred people have packed into this plaza in Chicago's North Center tonight in response to ICE abducting a daycare worker early this morning.
This is a neighborhood that has largely been spared until now from the "Midway Blitz" terror campaign. But everyone knows someone affected.
