Highlight of my work day was being in the cafeteria during my students lunch and another kid that I talk to shouted from another table: “Hey Mr with all the Kirby’s on their shirt”.

And then their teacher came up to me and was like “she’s drawing Kirby on everything lately”.

Yeah. Doesn’t really bother me. I also got the game on sale. And when I upgrade it it’ll say switch 2 version like all my other upgrades.

Hurray! I opted in for the switch 1 version cause it was stupid as fuck to me for the game to be in a switch 2 box but with the code inside to upgrade to the switch 2 version.

I always like having Pokemon games physical due to their value.

Gonna get the 10 dollar upgrade after work.

I think the only thing that would’ve made this the best remaster ever for me is if they gave you the rewind ability similar to the TO remaster which is fantastic.

My fav parts have been the in battle conversations. Feels way more real like they are yelling at each other on the battlefield (literally)

There were parts in the ps1 game and the psp version that always fell flat to me. Like I knew something tense was happening but it never would land for me. I also like that the game is much easier to understand.

FFT Ivalice Chronicles is shaping up to be one of my fav FF titles (finally!).

I keep saying this but they nailed the voice acting. Chapter 4 has been all DRAMA and it’s super tense and stuff due to the amazing voice work.

I really want a new tactics game after this 😭

It’s weird how when both of your biological parents are dead you begin to be like “wow I’ve lived 5 years more than my Mom ever did” or “I got 20 more years to beat my Dads age and outlive him”.

I also think I connected with a kid in the building today that I’m not even with cause I barely interact with him but I know his name. And now he says “hi Mr O” in the hallway anytime I pass by him.

Anytime I take students I work with to their art special…it becomes a game of whether I’ll be OK or not because wow I really miss teaching art.

I get pretty emotional. But I also love being in there.
