As far as GOTY stuff goes personally I think Consume Me, Silksong and Unfair Flips were the most compelling stuff from this year but I am woefully behind on other indie games due to life being pretty busy and also just playing more older games. Need to get to seance of Blake Manor, for instance.

Its so awesome that they showed I Accuse My Parents to GIs in WW2. A bunch of battered Pacific Front soldiers being told "this is who you're fighting to protect" and its the fucking i accuse my parents kid. Morale at an all time low.
