Yeah, I had a rough work week and I was looking forward to a nice, relaxing 6 mile run. And, unfortunately, it didn't quite work out that way. But, I did stop by the Barnes & Noble on my way home and was able to decompress there. :: exhales :: #RunChat

The Green Girl's plan was get in 6 miles today at Moss Rock Preserve in Hoover, AL except most of the trail was too technical for her to even walk briskly so it was more of a 2.5 mile cautious hike. #RunChat
