Would strongly advise all allied governments not to share sensitive intelligence with the US after Moscow-Tulsi is installed as DNI in a couple of months
Metzl: If you are a part of an allied government, are you really going to want to share your most important intelligence with the United States government, recognizing that there are people who are at central notes in our government who are so sympathetic to our adversaries?
