Since I’m new-ish here, I’ll post this one time and one time only. For those who don’t know, I’ve been battling stage 4 metastatic renal cell carcinoma for 3 years now. I get uncomfy asking for help, but if you have the means to, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have helicopters over my house 5-10 times a day, EVERY DAY now. It’s like living in a war zone. Perhaps we could get them out of the skies and save some money, the environment, and my f***ing sanity.

Currently on the phone with the hospital - been on hold for 17 minutes to schedule something they told me I HAD TO HAVE yesterday or I might die. Then they told me there weren’t appts available and to call today. Finally answered - no appts until Thursday. Hope I make it til then.

Many of us grew up in the church being taught to root for Moses, Daniel, and John the Baptist in the Bible, only to grow up and have our churches question our faith for not cheering on the Pharaohs, Nebuchadnezzars, and Herods in our world today.
