I received some of these letters and they are extremely touching and special, a wonderful gift that made me feel marvelous.
We're grateful for all the riders, advocates, and operators who make Bay Area transit so special. During Transit Month, SFSU's Transfer Community Organization and Transfer Peer Mentor Program delivered hand-written letters dedicated to some of their favorite transit operators. Check them out here!

Buses already do this better.
Several of my recent shifts have been unusually stressful or more difficult than is typical. I've been confronted with handling a disorderly drunk person who was making inappropriate comments to women and girls on my bus. There's been onerous reroutes related to a Waymo involved collision.
