I get rid of annoying people on FB by using the word, fuck. I’m barely on social media these days, and most posts now are politics. Some bitch started on me last night, wouldn’t stop, and her shit wasn’t holding water so I her to go the fuck away. She hoped I “get the help I need.” I did; she STFU.

I agree. So for such questions necessary to use the info I’m trying to access, I have alternate dates and years I use. Diff names, dates, email addresses… set up with a vpn 🤷‍♀️ Was stalked by an ex. I learned to hide when necessary. One app I use calls me Frank, I think.

You can just stop giving a fuck about everything beyond your basic survival for a while, when that helps. Just wake up every day and figure out how to eat, smile and sleep somewhere safe again. No one can stop you. You don't have to carry the world's problems every day.

The remnants of Typhoon Halong battered western Alaska overnight. Homes, with people in them, have literally been swept into the Bering Strait.
