The driver turned herself in about 12 hours later, which gave her plenty of time to sober up, if she'd been drinking. Don't know if she's been charged. But LA prosecutors usually plea bargain it down to a slap on the wrist, if that.

We once found ourselves standing at a red light in Beverly Hills next to Diane Keaton, who struck up a conversation with my, which continued until we all reached the other side. Probably the least pretentious, most human celeb I’ve ever met.
