I saw Adm Dr. Levine at AAIM 2019. Her plenary helped light the way for IM med ed on transgender medicine. We’ve a long way yet to go.

Sure this punishes businesses in blue cities to an extent. But it most directly punishes stadium owners, who are all billionaire sports franchise owners and mostly support trump. For example, Bob Kraft.

I really hope we can find a viable workaround for ACIP. Maybe a coalition of professional societies, pharma, and insurers, that can work together with the regional health compacts? (I’m certain that pharma and insurers would be on the right side of this fight for a change).

There are lots of reasons to get a cardiac or abdominal MRI but routine screening is not one of them.
Gupta: These are the most credentialed radiologists in the country. No one is aware of any type of screening guideline that says as you age you should get an MRI of the heart and abdomen.
