we would still be friends 29.10.25 we used to paint on the walls a long time ago, but you forgot. before cities and fire, we lived by the river and rejoiced by ourselves. we were slaves by the Nile we built pyramids and watched them we were soldiers in the war playing and talking before battle we were gods, but you forgot. we were peasants and concubines we were scholars and farmers we saw cities and industry fall and rise we saw boats sailing far away and strangers coming to our land. we were cats and dogs and bunnies we were horses and lions and tigers we had been friends since the beginning of time, but you forgot. we forget and remember when we meet again. i have known you since we were stars, since way before the Earth. so even if we didn't meet in childhood, i think we would still be friends all the same, back then.
