I’m not much of a shipper. Generally, what gets me interested in two characters’ hypothetical relationship is if it would A, be funny, or B, make an interesting story. This leads to situations like:

You would think romance visual novels would be far more suited to self shipping than stuff like a flash cartoon from the 2000s, but they both have their ups and downs. Visual novels tend to show you exactly what the character is like in a romantic relationship, which can be both good and bad.

The problem with posting video game playthroughs is people generally watch 2 types of players:
1.) Someone who’s never touched the game before
2.) Someone who’s exceptionally good at the game
For the game I have in mind, I’m neither of thode things.

Here’s an idea. What if I do a pseudo-Kickstarter? A couple friends and I were considering making a visual novel about this premise:
MC believes she and LI are fated to be together. To "prove" soulmates exist, she engineers a bunch of realities and gets with the LI in each one.
