I was reflecting on my collaborations over time and how much ableism there is in academia and it is difficult for academia to claim it is inclusive, when it is a hierarchical establishment that puts a lot of pressure on those on "lower ranks," creates artificial obstacles and punishes vulnerability.

It looks like the 28-point alleged peace-plan for Ukraine was drafted and leaked by the russians, by Dimitrev, with the knowledge of Witkoff and, instead of calling out this nonsense and stopping any negotiations until a real peace proposal is written, the US officials are doubling down on nonsense.
