自分も手描きからデジタルへの移行で、覚えた技術がいくつも無駄になってしまったな。
付けペンで均一な長い線を引く場合は、肩で描くというコツが必要だったんだが。そんなものはベジェ曲線でやればずっと正確だし。
色を塗るときはまず水を塗って範囲を作って、そこに絵の具を落としてムラなくぼかしていくんだが。しかしそんなのペイントソフトの範囲選択ツールで一発だし、さらにレイヤーを何層も重ねられるし。

Takahashi Chiko's (たかはしちこ) legendary 1980 catgirl doujinshi series 'Mieko Metamorphosis' (ミーコメタモルフォセス), which has been compiled into at least 26 books. An important landmark in nekomimi history. Saw this cameo where Mieko slaps Magical Princess Minky Momo.

"Recently, I've discovered the joy in irritating other people." The artist Haruka Umino (海野はるか) situates Prince Heinel as a lolicon courting Ippei Mine from Voltes V. This was done as a tongue in cheek stab/insult at the lolicon boom. From the P.L.O's journal Lectori Salutem J (1983).
