Therapy speak is just such a weird way to speak to people.
That random guy you've interacted with once isn't a "narcissist" who is "gaslighting" you.

Unlike the hellhole before, this feels like a place where I can share my thoughts! (On anything other than Dr Who). I just want to say to anybody else who take/took promethazine, that if you have consistent nightmares on them then see your Dr. There are plenty other sleeping medications out there :)
