This part, “they could not benefit … from Man City until summer 2025” is really interesting. Could we ultimately see a lot of the youngsters (Reiss, Echeverri, Juma Bah, etc) head to Girona in the summer?

With 7 games left, Girona hovers above the drop zone. Last summer they lost their best players to the transfer market. Following Champions League qualification UEFA stipulated they could not benefit in terms of transfers and scouting from Man City until summer 2025. An injury crisis also followed.
