If anybody ever finished Gears of War 1 and saw the credits, it was basically a lot of developers giving shout-outs to all their loved ones, and then Tim Sweeney preparing his villain catchphrases. I don't think he left any quotes in the credits for the other games, maybe he got made fun of for this

Relistening to the Battle Network 2 ost and I think there’s real value to hearing GBA sounds through analog beyond the novelty.
I dont think its just nostalgia speaking when I say the GBA sound is misunderstood; it was the last machine where you heard the actual hardware sing like that.

i take frenzy damage every time i see someone go "well i just use it for the boring stuff". what are you TALKING about? if it's boring or unimportant, why are you putting it in? NPC dialogue is fertile ground for worldbuilding, creating verisimilitude, conveying important information, and hijinks!!
Buy a solo indie dev's game because I want to support them.
