Now that the javelin is a bit better configured,
it adds a hefty punch to the combat.

Don't mind that guy wandering away with an axe in his head, they sometimes get confused when exiting the stun state :/

I love the dither pattern on the windows!

It's a little hard to tell from the video, is it on screen space or like UV'd onto the windows?
I never knew he was struggling like that...

The projectiles are already feeling leagues better now that they're using the new inventory and pooling systems!

This also means that weapons can fire multiple types of projectiles; just specify what types it supports and the rest is automatic!

How lazy do you have to be to generate a picture of dice?
That's my understanding; bake, crush, dissolve in white vinegar, dilute into their water.

It's apparently not the most important (nitrogen's usually best), but it's nice to be a part of the process sometimes.

I've made plant food from eggshells before and you had to bake them to burn out the proteins (very stinky).

I mean, yeah?

That's more of an offline algorithm though; generates a bunch of random points, then reject all but the farthest from any existing point.

I'm hoping for more of a "get me the closest unobstructed place to put this object (one or more colliders)"
Is there some obvious technique for making sure an instantiated object isn't inside/overlapping other geo?

I know there are overlap checks, but I'm hoping for a "find closest unoccupied space" kinda function...

Spent a couple days turning this FPS into an FPS+RPG.

Items now stack up to a max count, with some items (like ammo) automatically being picked up if there is stack space available. Picking up more starts a new stack.
