Ive met 2 of my fave artists, been embarrassed in front of one by my bank thinking it was fraud & almost cried on the other due to how much her drawing series helped my crawl out of artistic apathy. There is a 3rd however I keep running away when I see that artist because I want to melt everytime

I've been trying to find a watercolor block for over 10 years. Everyone I've asked about one has looked at me like I was crazy. Even other artists had no idea what I was talking about. Finally got to a Micheals and found 1 brand of them in various sizes 😭 I was beginning to think they weren't real

Just before things started to nosedive on twitter, I posted a thread that walked through the massive body of work I did over the last three years (on an inspiring team) on the cancelled Project Dragon aka Everhaven.
For posterity I reckon I'll repost that thread, piece by piece, over here ✨

Some days as a concept artist, your whole task is “imagine fish”- and I really never want to waste those days! It’s a lot easier to imagine players losing themselves in something like a fishing system when you know you had fun putting your whole attention into designing it
