One of the weirdest things in my life was graduating high school in 1995 and people telling us that the liberal arts education was going to make us the universally adaptable masters of our future.

speaking on the basis of being a humanities type who struggled with math (until I learned to program later on) who felt that society was giving me a constant message in the 2000s that I was a worthless parasite who would die in a ditch on that basis alone

Took Selene in for her spay but we ended up postponing it because of some of her blood work. She's going to do three weeks of steroids then go back in. Might have some lingering issues from her infections.

It's a dumb time happening where Microsoft is forcing people to use Win 11 if you stay on Windows, making 50% of the PCs running 10 "obsolete" and unable to update to 11 at the same time when RAM and GPUs skyrocket because they're also "all-in" on LLMs.
Buy a new Windows PC to run Copilot for $3k.
