It isn’t that much. Why wasn’t it insurance covered? She had to be admitted as I am not allowed to run IVs into animals.

Last time it did this (says he sounding like the Day After Tomorrow) there was a Northern Hemisphere Ice Age. The models are v hard to work and track as it is a significant change

It is slowing - appreciably. It was a remote possibility of collapse but new studies have come out going "it's a probability and sooner than you think"

If the AMOC tip, it isn't just us - its part of the global heat transfer current - so if it goes, the whole lot goes

Stage 1 over. There are no mobiles and everyone on grid has now power for miles around. Worst stage was being beam on to a severe SW force 12+. Storm has move NE so looks like we have a force 10-11 WNW for 24 hrs

As there is a brief pause time to let dogs out as much as possible. After lunchtime today at least one will have to be tethered unless she wants a solo flight to Achnasheen
