Thank you. I have been run over before, the very white alpaca in the selfie with me, Hullabaloo, Hit me full force running one time. That was the first year. He's been much gentler with me since.

I did step in, Got between them, they chilled out, stopped fighting, some of the other boys came out to assist me because that's what they do. The boy standing here with me right now is Hullabaloo the one I refer to as the king.
I could hear these assholes screaming from my office.

Sometimes it's over that little chunk of hay, and sometimes it's over the pecking order which really has absolutely no determination on who gets food, shelter and water. It doesn't determine who gets to mate either because that's my decision. They'll kiss and make up.

When I talk up how tough alpacas are, I'm talking about this shit. Every once in awhile, I have to go out and break something like this up and check for injuries. There's not really a whole lot I can do about it, it's just part of keeping male alpacas in particular. #alpacas

A lot of the planned events are not accessible and/or disabled people are not safe or well enough to attend.

Alpacas are very disarming. They'll look cute. Come up. Maybe let you pet them or scratch their chin, and the next thing you know they're spitting at you screaming possibly even chest butting if they've got a bad attitude (berzerk syndrome).
