Have also made a pumpkin curry and a dal so far. Will make something with chickpeas too. Eating less meat will save you lots of money and is one of the easiest things you can personally do to combat climate change. My favourite veggie / vegan recipes here

NV decreased 2 c/kWh
So, CA & NV decreased grid demand with roof PV & kept price increases lower than other states
