São Paulo, done✅

This week we joined the 41st ISQua International Conference, sharing what S4R is all about — practical tools, real findings, and conversations on how leaders can make care workplaces healthier and more resilient.

Grateful for the exchange and the energy!
Key findings: organisational and managerial interventions are scarce.

For workers, only a few approaches helped (mindfulness, breathing, ACT).

For informal caregivers, support or counselling and skills training showed more consistent gains.
What works to protect mental wellbeing in elderly care?

Our new systematic review in
BMC Health Services Research screened 5,700 records and included 15 studies: 7 on workers and 8 on informal caregivers.

Last Friday, Support4Resilience joined the European Researchers’ Night at @uji.es.

@eurofue-uji.bsky.social ran an interactive stand where families explored and played, showing that science can be fun and close to everyone.

A great reminder of why sharing research matters!!

We’re in Vienna at the @efpc.bsky.social Conference!

Maha Kamran and Daniel Adrian Lungu shared first insights from our study on informal caregivers in elderly care.

Takeaway: it’s not only about involving caregivers in care, supporting their own capacity matters just as much.
