SDN would like to remind its Phoenix Program members that accidental destruction of property is still considered criminal mischief (vandalism), a crime that becomes classified as a felony if the mischief endangers public safety.
I refuse to believe a bomb accidentally blowing up and damaging a building is considered a felony.
