The Cattle Ranchers, who I love, don’t understand that the only reason they are doing so well, for the first time in decades, is because I put Tariffs on cattle coming into the United States, including a 50% Tariff on Brazil. If it weren’t for me, they would be doing just as they’ve done for the past 20 years — Terrible! It would be nice if they would understand that, but they also have to get their prices down, because the consumer is a very big factor in my thinking, also!

I know several people have and how they constantly fuck up their numbers. Its amazing people still use it but this was a new low. Like forgetting to adjust for the recent equity dump from Monday when even your grandma's brokerage firm is up to date is just sad and pathetic.

On the 2004 discovery front NASDAQ brings up the scope issue as the previous entities have. 2004 is only for the financial matters of the debtor. It also rather tidily points out the abuse of purpose to go on a legal fishing expedition, which is not allowed.

I think this is the best rebuffing of the subpoenas to date. If there is no adversarial proceeding you don't get discovery under 9016. So from there they move on to rule 2004 which the trustee was leaning heavily on and it doesn't get better for the estate from there.
