If a story includes nonconsensual sex (even romanticised/eroticised), that is FINE.
Because the only *real people* involved in the interaction are the
a.) writer
b.) reader
The writer can be kind and add content warnings but the reader ALWAYS has the option to STOP READING.

Oh you assumed the cartoon character getting plowed is consenting because they look happy? How naïve. They're pretending because they were coerced by the other character. There's actually untold amounts of abuse happening to cartoon characters behind the scenes. We must take waifu welfare seriously

Depictions of nonconsensual sexual acts in a fictional illustration does not need consent from the characters, because They Don't Exist, the consent comes from the living humans viewing the work.
