1. In a landmark ruling, a federal judge has blocked the passport ban for transgender Americans... government ban likely violates equal protection, and is made with animus.

Though the ruling only applies to plaintiffs, it is expected expand in coming weeks.

It's all about the data. AI needs so much of it. I don't understand how the US can be up in arms about this when Congress has said to turn off TikTok. China wants TikTok to go as long as it, it's all about collecting data for AI. Turn TikTok off in the US! Meta, get your act together too

Major alert: Montana may be about to pass a major anti-trans bill that charges parents with felony endangerment of a child if their child is on trans youth care.

It would apply to parents just passing through the state, visiting.

Would be the first law of its kind to pass anywhere.
