I saw a MRAP on a flatbed, going down the highway, escorted by a white SUV. I recalled how a vet buddy back from Afghanistan told me that conventional parts wouldn't fit them. They broke down often, and no matter how well armored, the weakest link was always the tires.

this order cannot even be considered as persuasive.
