decision, no matter how big or small. Damián is more likely to take impulsive actions, tending not to consider the consequences much; especially if he believes it will help himself or others. They are however, both the jealous type, and far more sensitive than they let on.

6. First and foremost, there is an age difference between them - Damián is about six years younger than Illario, although this means very little in regards to their actual relationship. Illario is more of the quiet, calculating type. He's prone to overthinking, and talking himself through every (👇)

5. Officially, Damián and Illario meet for the first time at a party the Dellamortes attend together (well before Veilguard) at the Cantori 'Diamond', around the time Teia becomes Seventh Talon.

3. Damián has possessed me to write a novel-length story about their relationship, really. It’s decidedly not canon, and very self-indulgent, but the journey has been incredible for me as a writer.

2. They do use petnames! Most notably, Illario uses ‘cariño’ for Damián, even while in public and Damián uses ‘guapo’ for Illario most of the time. Behind closed doors, though, Damián is ‘mi corazon’ and Illario is ‘amor’.
