We’ve unfollowed a bunch of accs, but this sort of stuff is still showing up. We don’t know what to do about it right now. Definitely seems like we’re not in a good enough space to regulate, though. Ugh.

There has been so much negative self talk, from ppl abt themselves, especially around bodies and weight lately. We might deactivate for a little while, just to have a break, bc it’s been really triggering. Maybe we will create an alt acc? Not sure.

Gonna create the fuckass stomach club. We have cozy sweaters, multiple bathrooms, and any number of stomach settling things (ginger ale, peppermint candy, Sprite, etc…).

A lot of gummy candy have gluten or it’s subject to cross contamination. Esp in America.

Nerds Gummy Clusters seem to have it, too. I was devastated.

I use the FIG app bc I was having tons of issues w/ stuff being “gluten free” or just seeming to mot have it, only to find out the hard way.

I hope the stomach issues ease up. I get having weird reactions. I recently developed one to a few new allergies out of nowhere and have been scrambling to figure what I did bc my entire body is throwing a tantrum. Food sensitivities are so dumb. 😭

Had two OTC allergy medications recommended to me. Trying nondrowsy Allegra first.

After the first dose, while I’ve had no stomach issues and both my hives and throat irritation have gone away, I’m definitely drowsy.

Either I have to adjust or take them at night, but I’m hopeful!

Having a restrictive eating disorder for most of my life only to develop unrelated health issues a few years into recovery that led to me having to keep a very limited diet that includes a lot of careful management with drastic body changes has been exhausting. I feel so out of control.
