“I’m not worried about the NHS being privatised as long as I can go on holiday three times a year”

If the season starts after the international break as per Pep, it could be a fucking long one

All you can say about this first half is it looks so much like a team that doesn’t play together very often

An incredible amount of self-appointed mental disintegration on show today. Gonna be heads fallen off by the end of the series

Bloody hell. One of THE greats of Manchester & UK music. He drove the sound of that band which grew to influence so many and are still one of my favourites now. Some of the best nights of my life watching him and the other three. He just seemed like he fucking loved it. RIP mate ❤️🍋

In the leadup to this remembrance day, I've been researching the personal stories of my family, and today I'm in particular thinking of my great-granduncle, Eric Faulkner (pictured). This weekend, I learned more about the story of Eric, who aged just 19 in June 1918 after wounds received in action.

Class today. Doku’s best in a city shirt. Dias, Nunes, Nico Gonzalez in particular outstanding

Not saying we’ve played well since Dortmund scored but that is exactly the sort of situation we shit ourselves in at various points last season. Progress

Anthony Taylor has that Clattenburg/Dean/Poll aura about him that’s genuinely impressive, being universally hated by every club
