Hey look it's me 4 months ago. At that point I had completed two weeks of IF and dropped from 345 to 335 lbs.

Well, four months later I have failed to meet the 18-hour fasting goal maybe twice. Total.

Down to 310 as of yesterday. 1.5 lbs per week

Don't mind me. Just doing Future Skinny Guy shit

Been off the 'sky for a while. Just popping in to brag on myself, I've completed 14 consecutive 18-hour intermittent fasts, and dropped 10 pounds in two weeks. Even better, it was a 5 pounds each week. This feels sustainable and I dare to dream of being under 300 pounds again.

Before #SFB15 drafts started, I ran projections I trust through the bizarre new scoring system, and spat out a positionless Top 200, since all the roster spots this year are flex spots. My first six picks were all players from my Top 20. I had Jones ranked 24th.

Quite pleased with my #SFB15 start. This all-Flex roster setup is fun!

I drafted RB De'Von Achane at 1.12, RB Derrick Henry at 2.1, and RB Kyren Williams at 3.1. And I'll take RBs at 4.12 and 5.1 if my leaguemates leave them for me.
