This Liverpool team is going nowhere without elite wingers if that's the route Slot wants to go down. They've nothing on either flank. It's a major issue every game. Complete lack of pace. Full control of the game, but a lack of quality in attacking areas.

I think it would have to get significantly worse for Liverpool's ownership to act. They'll be very reluctant to sack Slot IMO. It would have to be untenable. They'll take everything into account. Even the Jota tragedy. They'll give Slot every opportunity to come through the fog.
