Give baking staples like flour, sugar, cooking oils, and vinegars, or salt/pepper/spices and condiments like ketchup/mustard. Shelf stable or powdered milk is also great. Infant formula is one of the most important needs out there, so if you can afford it, make it a priority. 🧵

Buy hearty soups/stews/chilis that don't require milk to prepare. Pasta, instant potatoes, and rice can be stretched into multiple meals. Oatmeal is a filling breakfast, especially if it has added protein. Healthy granola bars w/ protein can also boost breakfast. 🧵

Donate items high in protein such as peanut butter, nuts, eggs, lentils, beans, or canned chicken/salmon/tuna/turkey. If buying canned foods, make sure they're poptops, as some folks may not have a can opener. 🧵
