Autumn colours...

66567 in Freightliner's green & yellow livery hauls a train of mainly orange containers through Crouch Hill station on a gloomy autumn day. The leaves of some trees on the embankment are turning gold while others remain green. The train is the 4L49 Basford Hall Yard to London Gateway intermodal.

"Oh it cost the taxpayer so much" - yeah and? That's what public services do normally? Do you think they operate these things for free? Even I'm not that daft. It'd still cost the taxpayer X if it was a bus, and you'd arguably have less passengers!

Also, why are we trying to defend Sheffield's bus service. It's still shit. We're the 8th largest city and we're only going to fall further as the bus service is just not good enough for a city of our size. One of my local buses basically stops at 8pm!

frankly insane that 20-ish years ago some devs in japan said "how do we adapt mystery dungeon for pokemon," someone said "why don't we have the player be a pokemon," and as a direct result i now wear a collar and have about 5 online friends that identify as the mythical pokemon mew
