Do they make office/computer chairs that are a fixed height?
I'm short, I need one single height setting and that is "Maximum". I'm tired of pistons failing and making my desk 6 inches too high to be comfortable and screwing up my wrists.

I would work on so much more personal art and projects just for the joy of doing them. I would be able to make my living environment beautiful and comfortable and inspiring and with any luck put some of that joy back into the world with my art.
Honest question: If everyone got Universal Basic Income, no strings attached, what would YOU do with it?

I would work on so much more personal art and projects just for the joy of doing them. I would be able to make my living environment beautiful and comfortable and inspiring and with any luck put some of that joy back into the world with my art.

Is it a hot take to express a bit of frustration over how many big artists have been asking & receiving tens of thousands of dollars in donations while individuals w/ much less clout asking for much less with equal or greater need receive little to no attention & reach only a fraction of their goals

My uncle sent us a photo of him and my dad from March of this year. My dad looks like a completely different person now, a small old man. He looks healthier and better looked after than when last I saw him at least.

Just got word from my uncle that my dad is still alive but has severe dementia and is living in an assisted care facility and might not remember me.
