Hello, #PortfolioDay!
I draw halflings and mechs. 🎨

Original Characters/Digital Art
The scene shows a grove of leaves, the viewer appears to be peaking through a canopy down at the subjects. Bottom/Center is my OC, Melissa, lying in the bed of leaves, partially obscured by them. Above her, is Render, my mecha robot OC. He is providing a bit of shade to Melissa and has some leaves on top of his armor. His arms, also partially obscured by the leaves, are positioned at either side of Melissa, suggesting that he’s protecting her.

This version uses more vibrant colors and is a remake of another piece from 2022.

Art, Original
Render, a humanoid robot, rests in the shade of a tree at nightfall. A younger version of my OC Melissa sleeps near his arm, with her stuffed animal close to her.

This version has more vibrant lights.

Acguy vs GM, promo work for UC Conflicts

Digital paint- an Acguy raises it's left arm to fire a missile and finish off a GM, whose cockpit hatch had just been torn off by the Acguy's first strike. The pilot inside fires his machine cannons wildly in a panic. Overhead, a Gaw transport passes through the battlezone.

Oooooh, the new monster designs for the Quake Brutalist Jam 3 (probably the biggest community dev jam yet) are looking REALLY cool. Reimagining the aesthetic of classic Quake monsters to fit the bleak grey concrete world.

Doll/Puppet lady sketch. Was fun to do during lunch.

Also Chains of Olympus is really impressive! I know I’m playing the PS3 re-release, but it feels like a full-blown God of War game, and playing it on PSP at the time must have been mind-blowing.

The God of War games (pre-PS4) haven’t aged as well as other games in some respects but they can still be pretty fun, and it’s wild that they haven’t been re-released in some form since PS3.
